1. To enter our contest,
a) Complete the contest entry form on this Website by entering your name, company (if applicable), e-mail address, postal address, city, state or province, zip code or postal code and phone numbers. Only electronic entries are acceptable. We are not responsible for lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer or telephone transmissions or other failures of any sort. All entries become the property of Great American Ink® and will not be returned.
b) It's Great American Ink's® policy to keep your name, address, phone and e-mail confidential. Information you send us will only be used to send you information about our company and to contact you. Click here for more information on Great American Ink's® privacy policies.
c) One entry per person, per contest.
d) There is no purchase necessary to win.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Everyone is encouraged to enter the contest, with the exception of officers, directors, associates, employees of Great American Ink® and their immediate families. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Residents outside of the United States may not enter the contest.
3. DRAWING: Great American Ink® will select a winner randomly from the correctly completed entries. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. By entering the contest, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any promotional activities related to this contest without further compensation.
4. ART: A winner will be randomly selected. The retail value is listed next to the art. There will be no art substitutions. Any local, state, and federal taxes on the art are the sole responsibility of the winner. The art is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. By accepting the art, winner agrees to the terms and conditions of Great American Ink's® standard purchase agreement and to comply with all applicable copyright and trademark laws.
